Hunters Point South Park and the East River Ferry are a ten-minute walk down the avenue. There are restaurants, schools, and other parks in the area. The monthly rent is $3,800. A tad ridiculous, it is outright ridiculous. And is does not matter as according the real estate Beautiful Space that is comes with all that crap, does not matter. Typical real estate hype. For that price is should come with a 24/7 call girl.

Thought the price seemed high at first glance but it’s really not a bad deal after factoring in the fact that it’s fully furnished with in-unit washer/dryer and located in a full service building with gym and shared outdoor space.
