That building was annihilated during Sandy. It took them almost a year to completely finish the lobby, so it looks like this rental has the right timing. Renter beware!
Pricey, but I like smaller buildings and am a sucker for outdoor space. They could probably get that price in the summer, but its still low season. It’ll rent I think for under $4k.
