This three bedroom/three bathroom condo at The Arris Lofts just hit the market with a very bold asking price: $3,200,000. It’s a fancy shmancy unit with huge windows and a sprawling 2,339 square feet. What’s more, there are three (three!) outdoor spaces — two private terraces totaling 2,600 square feet, and a balcony off the master bedroom. The windows and walls are completely sound proofed, making it, as the listing says, “a true sanctuary” in LIC. The big question remains: what do you think a unit like this could realistically sell for?
This one bedroom at the Arris Lofts is huge: around 1,574 square feet, according to the listing. There are two bathrooms and an office space (and a great big walk-in closet!), and of course plenty of lofty features like 15′ ceilings and oversize windows. We especially like the modern kitchen and chandelier in the dining room. This condo unit comes with no small price tag, at $1,240,000. Do you think it’s swanky enough to surpass the $1 million mark?
The 2,120-square-foot three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment at Arris Lofts just sold. The condo first hit the market last summer for $1,500,000 then decreased to $1,439,000. The apartment sold for $1,340,000 after multiple offers, according to Warren Lewis Sotheby’s broker Michael Kawochka. It’s a corner unit with south and west exposures, an open floor-plan kitchen and living room, and a sizable walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Here’s the old listing via Streeteasy. It also looks as if this is the priciest sale for the converted warehouse building. Coming in second is this 1,530-square-foot two bed/two bath, listed for $1,395,000 and sold for $1,285,000.
We caught sight of this beautiful 3 bed/3 bath home in LIC’s Arris Lofts and couldn’t stop clicking through the entire slideshow! Kudos to the owners, Mila and John Ovrutsky, for creating such a lovely abode.
