Two almost identical co-ops at 75 Livingston Street have hit the market at the same time and for almost the same price, and we’re curious to know which you think is the better deal. Is it Apartment 25AB, a 3,000-square-foot three-bedroom pad asking $3.25 million or, two floors down, Apartment 23AB, which is slightly more tricked out in terms of its renovation but asking slightly more at $3.4 million? Enquiring minds want to know.

  1. Obviously the views are amazing. I agree with qualmly, I don’t like either interior.

23ab is too modern and cold, with too much stainless steel in the kitchen.
25ab is too conservative and the choice of doors is very corny and churchy looking.
