A Dominican restaurant is opening at the corner of Grand Avenue and Dean Street in Crown Heights. A construction worker said the owners of the original restaurant there, which closed shop about nine months ago, are coming back. It will serve lunch and offer fancier fare for evenings. As far as we can tell, the previous spot served Spanish-American food. From the looks of construction it will be much more upscale this time around. Did anybody try this place out in its previous incarnation? The grand reopening should be in a few weeks. GMAP

  1. Can’t wait for the reopening of this spot. The food was always delicious the fact that they remodeled is a nice little bonus but truth be told the food alone is reason enough for me to go. Great Ambience–staff is warm and super friendly
