Ophira Eisenberg is probably most famous for hosting Ask Me Another, a trivia and puzzle show on National Public Radio. But the Calgary native once had her own humor-filled program on CTV Television Network and she has made countless appearances on Comedy Central, VH-1, E! Channel, the Oxygen Network and the Discovery Channel. On January 10, Eisenberg will headline LGBT Laughfest 2013, also known as Queens of Queens, at the Laughing Devil, NYC’s only outerborough comedy club. She will be followed by a veritable Who’s Who of LGBT funnypeople, including Adam Sank (NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Sirius-XM’s OutQ), MAC Award-winner Danny Cohen (Comedy Central’s Premium Blend) and Cara Kilduff (Here-TV’s Hot Gay Comics and co-host of Queens Public Television’s Talking About). Biggest Loser champ Poppi Kramer, the warm-up comic for the Bill Cunningham Show, will be the mistress of ceremonies.

LGBT and DST3K hit the LDCC in LIC. The Laughing Devil Comedy Club hosts two holiday shows on one night this Thursday, December 13. At 8 pm, world-famous gay funnyman Exiene Lofgren (Ricki Lake Show, Pawn Stars, Starwood Resorts) headlights a night of Christmukkah humor during the Queens of Queens LGBT Long Island City Laugh-Fast. Also making the menorah candles twinkle will be Adam Sank (Last Comic Standing), Leah Bonnema (recently listed among the Huffington Post’s 50 Funniest Females) and mistress of ceremonies Joanne Filan (Hot Gay Comics). At 10:30 pm, another round of jokes will be served during Devil Science Theater 3000. Totally interactive, this hour of wisecracking gets professional comedians in the crowd to egg on attendees as they play drinking games and watch the terrible 1962 movie King Kong vs. Godzilla.
