Lesbian Bar Replacement Gets Its Name Up
Cattyshack used to be one of the lesbian bars in Brooklyn. Now it’s closed and its former digs at 249 4th Avenue have been split in two. Mission Dolores, the latest offering from the folks behind Bar Great Harry, is already up and running on the ground floor space at the right of the building….
Cattyshack used to be one of the lesbian bars in Brooklyn. Now it’s closed and its former digs at 249 4th Avenue have been split in two. Mission Dolores, the latest offering from the folks behind Bar Great Harry, is already up and running on the ground floor space at the right of the building. Meanwhile, today a tipster spotted the signage being hoisted into place at the northern end of the building, where, he says, a rock club is planned for the ground floor and a sports bar with pool tables above. The new spot will be called The Rock Shop.

Yeah, and before you know it the neighbors in the adjacent 2 buildings will be complaining,then end of business…

they have pinball machines in there, and the indoor/outdoor space looks fun. hopefully the amount of physical violence and manhandling of males that used to go down at cattyshack wont happen here hahahahha
