Nordstrom Rack Confirmed for 505 Fulton Street

Yesterday an article in Crain’s confirmed what we’d suspected: Nordstrom Rack is moving into the commercial space at 505 Fulton Street. News broke that the major clothing retailer was Brooklyn bound earlier this summer, with no confirmation on the location. It turns out Nordstrom Rack will move into 41,000 square feet of space on the second floor of 505 Fulton, right above TJ Maxx and H&M. The building, as you can see, is currently undergoing a massive renovation. This will be Nordstrom’s first store of any kind in Brooklyn, and it will open in the spring of 2014.
