If you’ve ever spent time waiting on the upper level of Queensboro Plaza, looking north, you’ve probably spotted Crescent Club, a tall (17 stories! 130 units!) residential building near Queens Plaza North (41-17 Crescent Street - GMAP). When they were first conceived they were condos; later they were transformed to rental apartments. And now Real Estate Weekly reports the 100th lease signing has been announced, which is a big milestone for the building.
