Vendors announced for the December 2012 Queens County Market, holiday edition

The folks from Chai Mookie

We’re excited to learn who will be present at this month’s Queens County Market, which will also be a holiday market! This month they’ll be at Quaint in Sunnyside (46-10 Skillman – GMAP), which is also home to a fabulous Monday night $18 all you can eat mussels and frites meal year-round. Here is the list of vendors:

Carib Delights. They make cheese spreads made with sharp cheddar, herbs, spices, and vegetables. Truly delicious.

Chai Mookie. They are home to healthy and delicious teas made with freshly ground spices.

1. Bow Street, Forest Hills (GMAP)

Wandering around Forest Hills Gardens gives you that “it’s hard to believe I’m in NYC right now” feeling. The curved, privately owned streets, palatial homes, and features like the private tennis club seem odd, considering how close they are to Queens Boulevard and the subway. (more…)
