Rockaway Brewing Company (GMAP) posted on their blog that they have opened a growler annex to their brewery. Growlers come in a 64 ounce size and are filled with the ESB, an unfiltered English style ale. ESB means Extra Special Bitter and really isn’t all that bitter, to be honest. They showed it off at the most recent Brooklyn Pour, and everyone there loved it, according to the brewery.

Not only can you get your growler filled – it’s $8 for the vessel and $15 to get it filled – but at the brewery, tunes will light up your ears, making the experience even more pleasant. You can also bring your own growler if you like, and they’ll fill it up.

DNAinfo reports that the growler room is open Wednesday through Friday from 4-8pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm.
