This corner property at 56-01 136th Street, in Flushing, just hit the market. It’s right across the street from the Botanical Gardens, is zoned for mixed use and was previously used as a kindergarten. PropertyShark tells us the lot is 2,079 square feet, which certainly gives it potential as a development site. The current building looks intriguing, though. There aren’t any interior photos but the listing says it has “great bones.” Do you think the ask of $1,880,000 is realistic for a property like this? It last sold in 2005 for $760,000.
